J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tate & Lyle (Loudon, TN) en oct. 2018
Entretien
The interview consisted of 3 different sessions of interviews (30 min each) and a plant tour. I was not impressed with this process. They never even gave me a response even after I reached out for an answer and told them I had another offer and needed to know. The engineers seemed overwhelmed, and they mentioned that it was difficult for them to get help even when they asked (they had only been there a year). I was told they want someone who can be thrown in and seen if they could "sink or swim" which seemed very dangerous for a new engineer at a chemical plant and wouldn't allow much opportunity to learn the process.

Brief first round of interviews with a few technical questions. Intensive final round of interviews. There was a technical, leadership, and teamwork portion to the interview. Total interview was roughly 2 hours.
I met 3 groups of 3 interviewers, including the plant manager. The also included plant tour and lunch with engineering team. People were friendly and the interviewers were relaxed. A few days after I got a phone call for an offer from the hiring manager and I accepted after a few days.
