Group interview for which we were asked to prepare a one minute presentation on a topic of our choice. We then got into small groups to complete another task relating to the company's values. After this we were all called for individual 10 minute interviews.

The whole process is around 4 hours , First part is a presentation about topic we are interested in ,Second part is team task ,Third Part is one-to-one interview. The whole interview is quite casual , around 10 people come and interview in my session.
