Only cases were asked during the interviews. leadership related questions and behavorial questions were also asked. No puzzles or maths. only logical case question to check the thought process. all rounds will have almost the same structure and format

Entretien
The initial filtering happened through a screening of resumes. What was being looked upon was the level of work experience and a proven problem solving approach. Once screened the interview started. The panel consisted of one business head and the head of HR. The interview consisted of one long case, a couple of short cases and some basics of management execution.
