The company came in the campus. After A while a list of People were shorlisted.The exact shortlisted criteria was not mentioned but its more likely CGPA and the year of gape.
Then on the interview day, they gave the presentation and asked the questions.
The one with the same automation project in his curriculum got selected.

The interview was good. Mainly focused on your personality and technical knowledge. The role required person who is good knowledge about Steel making process and step involved. Defect inspection and how to overcome the problem. I guess you should believe in yourself and give the best in the interview.
