The interview process comprised a 10-minute Technical Round (TR) focusing on core Flutter and Android skills, followed by a 5-minute Managerial Round (MR) assessing project experience and communication. The HR discussion (5 mins) covered compensation and company policies, and concluded with a brief 5-minute Background Check (BGC) verification.

I had 2-3 phone interviews with hiring manager and team members. It was pretty decent. Asked about solarwinds tool and how a few stuff works in the software. What I exactly did at my previous company.
