Its a long process in TCS for an interview. Filling all the details wich are unnecessary before joining. Interview was good. They offering nights for employees which is so bad with a low salary.

It’s a 2-round interview: Technical and HR.
For the technical round, keep your skills updated and have a strong understanding of everything mentioned in your resume.
If you clear the technical round, the HR round is usually easier. They mainly expect good communication skills and want to see how confidently you communicate during the HR round
