I recently interviewed at TCS Pune for Oracle DBA position. The experience was rubbish as interview was of hardly 2 mins. Firstly I joined the interview on time no one showed up. After 15 mins one person comes in the interview and says you do not have required experience in Oracle DBA position so I don’t think we can go forward with the interview and left. I agree I was new to Oracle but I have a experience of 3 years with MNCs working on sql and well has different DBA servers. And what type of professionalism is this. I had prepared a lot for this interview. Not fair TCS. Not what I expected from a company of your caliber.

It was a averagely(difficult) weighted interview conducted by interview panel with questions touching the basics of the administrative level. But the requirement didn't seem pretty urgent for them as they didn't consider me post interview and withheld the process for later reference.
