I currently work as a Server Administrator at TCS. I am responsible for maintaining the servers that are utilized by the company and applying updates and upgrades as needed to the network. When upgrades are needed I supervise my teammates in installation of new equipment and completion of all applications installations. When my fellow colleagues have technical problems or issues they know they can rely on me to provide guidance and solutions. I have excellent communication skills and I am able to communicate with staff on all levels. My critical thinking and problem solving abilities come into play when I successfully troubleshoot all windows related OS and software issues.
