Very easy and smart process.
Mine was through Skype and on campus interview and HR round was face to face.
Basically TR asks questions on Resume and some concepts about programming languages.
HR is normal process.

Entretien
It's a 2 hrs long interview. In technical round they gave coding questions like reversing a string without inbuilt functions, bubble sort etc.. Hr round is easy with basic questions

First they took Aptitude exam in their centre, after that whenever we got our results then within two days they took technical interview + MR interview + HR interview in online mode
