The hiring process is crystal clear at lower levels with cutoff marks, written aptitude followed by three rounds of interview of technical, management and HR. For lateral entry there is direct two level interview upon calling which they sort based on your resume.
The company is virtually a cluster of 15 smaller units of companies each functioning independently. So once inside you may not life so exciting and same level of charisma that other software firms have. The people and it's specific management may be very scrooge to provide facilities. There is a hell lot of interpretations and politics for you growth and the compensation increment and performance review is not transparent.

The technical round is of medium level of difficulty and the management round asked some tricky questions. Some were related to the probability and others related to general knowledge. What sort of growth do we see for company and our self.

It was easy, Interviewer just asked me basic question on CS fundamentals, no DSA questions were asked. Interviewer was friendly and understanding, only one interview was held. Just be confident in what you answer.

There was only one interview round that combined technical, managerial, and HR discussions. The interview covered technical concepts, project experience, problem-solving, teamwork, career goals, and general HR questions in a smooth, well-organized process.
