2 rounds of selection process a) written test--analytical ability b) personal interview easy to get through when it comes to offer in campus selection but this is not a company for a fresher. My advice to juniors will be to get start with a product base company or a start up company where they can learn and then when they want to settle they can come to TCS and they will be in a high negotiation power. work culture is cool and calm,employee friendly. Associates are helpful.

Overall Good experience , Interviewed last 3 month , Mainly focused on core .NET skills , experiences on SQL structures, how you optimize it & how you optimize the AI tools in latest tech area.
