The interview process starts with the aptitude.If you score the cutoff then you go to the next round which is the technical interview.Being an IT student it was fairly easy. Then you goto the HR round, if you do the technical interview correctly. The HR round is basically just telling you about conditions and the working environment of the company. Its a cakewalk if you go through the technical.
