it was very pathetic and haphazard. There was no coordination between the HR and the management team who was responsible for the recruitment. Called me thrice to their electronic city campus. Told me i was selected and would roll out an offer and finally said that it is profile mis-fitment. Really ?? What were you doing with my resume/cv in the screening phase??
