The interview was scheduled with two people, including the hiring manager, who asked some technical questions during the 30-minute session. The process was coordinated by an external recruiter; however, I also received an email from an HR representative who provided incorrect information. I replied to confirm the correct date, but did not receive a response. Following the interview, I sent several follow-up emails to the recruiter but never received any feedback or update. While I understand that an external recruiter was managing the process, the fact that an HR representative was also involved makes the lack of communication quite disappointing. This level of unresponsiveness is discouraging and reflects poorly on the overall candidate experience.
