It was a video conference call. The interviewer was late and did not even bother to turn on the camera during the whole interview. The interviewer stated that the result of the interview was to be given in 1 week's time but I never receive any update.

1. Consultant reached for cv and salary expectations. Profile was shortlisted in a week
2. 1sf round detailed discussion on current experience
3. 2nd round was scheduled with the contact centre head, but he cancelled the interview after checking my LinkedIn profile just before the scheduled time. He postponed the discussion for 2 days. In this discussion, he was hiding behind the camera, arrogant behaviour with no introduction and proper questions. His first question was "Tell me something which I should know?". He was behaving like a big shot and told me he has not been aware of this role and needs to discuss why he is hiring with his subordinate. For an entire 15 min, he was behaving like a big boss. Finally, he said he will discuss it with his team member and I will get an update from HR. Highly unprofessional behaviour from a person in a senior position.
4. After that No update from HR. Sent an email but no reply.
1. HR must join these calls and interviews should be recorded to avoid this kind of unprofessional behaviour from senior leaders.
