I still have no idea of what was going on in recruiting when I was contacted to interview for this role. I applied online and also had six different external recruiters reach out to me to represent me for this job. Six people who were offering different rates. Then I got a call from their internal recruiter in India. He said he wanted to set up a phone interview, but he left two messages due to the time change. I suggested several times that we could have a call. I get no response from him. A week later I emailed him and said did you still want to set up a call for this job and he says that he's very busy but the job is still open so he will get back to me when he's ready. What a crazy way to hire someone- they need a new process and someone in the US who takes his job seriously.
