I has hired from my Engineering school. 1st round was Technical knowledge test in the college itself.
after clearing the 1st round, there was technical interview in the company and it was followed by HR round

Its one face to face technical round followed by HR round. The technical round is very easy to crack.
HR will not bargain more on the offered package. Package will be offered on the basis of the vacancies.
