The interview was coordinated from another country but you expect Professionalism from such a top company. Unfortunately, I did not get that. I was not told the interview location and had to figure it out myself despite contacting the person who scheduled the interview several times. While in the interview, I got a call (my phone was on silent) and message about where the interview was!
The interview process otherwise was relatively straightforward. I met 2 people from different divisions but they had some overlapping job scope. However, they were unprepared. They made me wait, seemed a bit surprised to see me, had to print out my Resume (though I had copies with me) etc.
The interview seemed like a normal discussion about the company's work, their needs & my experience. It lasted around 30-40 minutes and both the interviewers nice and friendly.
I got rejected a month later and was told that my experience did not meet the company's requirement. Hard to believe the company could not tell that from my resume when deciding to interview me in the first place. Could have saved time for both parties. Moreover, they hired someone a few months back who had no internship or work experience at all. The irony!
