Good and timely feedback. Will let you know what you can improve on. You'll guess whether you made it or not. They have an extensive background check. Might be a bit lengthy in process but you'll not mind since it would also make you feel secure on how they value integrity in the company.

Heavy on behavioural based interview. Needs to know you are culture fit! The recruiters are on time and provides real-time feedback including your areas for improvement. Also, they are very approachable, and will really assist you through out the onboarding process.
