It started out with two managers asking specific questions that determined competency. It was very relaxing and the questions lasted about 45 minutes. They extended an offer on the spot and asked if I could start within the next week. The interview was about an hour and the phone interview was about 15 minutes.

My interviewers were 45 minutes late. I sat in the lobby and most people who passed me didn't acknowledge I was there. It was fairly short but they asked the right questions and seemed impressed.
