Process Took about two weeks. A video call with a recruiter to get an idea of the position then another with managers to speak more into details of the job and position.

BEWARE! THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. They post roles they are not even hiring for. They also take months of interviews and then ask for in person free-work presentation sessions, only to then say they are going to think about the role and not hire anyone. Ridiulous process - showcasing why their glassdoor reviews also say its a horrible place to work - from the top down - nobody seems to have an idea of what is going on or how to run an agency. Beware is all I can say.
