Requirements: Leadership experience is a must. Assertiveness, team work collaboration, and logical mathematical computation is also a must. You must be up to this challenge.
I was selected through a referral on college campus. I received an initial phone screening with a friendly recruiter where I was given information about the job such as scheduling, duties/responsibilities, possible commute locations, and then expectations for the in-person interview. This took about 15 minutes.
I received an email setting up an in-person interview with another friendly recruiter. The in-person interview was very informative, detail-oriented, the questions were described below, and overall took about 45 minutes. I was again asked for possible commute locations, then told to expect another email to set up the next round of in-person interview with the district manager.
During the waiting process, I was also required to take an assessment test. The test itself composed of behavioral based questions as well as logical puzzles/math questions. This took about an hour to complete. For anyone that has weaknesses in logical reasoning and mathematical formulas, be prepared.
After the test, I corresponded with another recruiter to set up the in-person interview with the district manager. At this point, the interview process was hitting close to a month. A few days before the actual interview, I received an email stating that I was now only having a phone interview.
The district manager phone interview was cordial, consisted of 3 main questions to answer to, and room for questions for me to ask. Overall, this interview lasted 20 minutes.
I received an email a couple of days later stating that they were pursuing other candidates.
After all of the interviews, there is no way of receiving feedback so be prepared for this as well.
Overall, the interview process was a really great learning environment. There was a lot of structure, and communication was very prompt.
