Purely behavioral interview, 30 minutes for both first and second round. The interviewers were store managers and HR people, and the second interview was with a District Team Leader. The interviewers were mainly to see if you would be a good fit with the company culture. It was very laid back and comfortable. They asked the typical questions in behavioral interviews.

Standard 3 round interview process. Was happy to meet with multiple managers. Interviewers encouraged the use of the STAR method. Had an opportunity to meet with the site manager and human resources team.

Call interview for about 20 minutes followed up with video interview for about 30 minutes. Most of it was explaining the role, culture, responsibilities, and others. It was almost like a conversation.
