applied online and then was told to come in person. I had a one one one conversation with the store manager who was a very nice woman. I left feeling confident that I got the job and shortly got the confirmation after
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.

Entretien
The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
