Straightforward questions composing of integrity, conflict resolution and the ability to physically and emotionally perform the task of apprehension in a legal and professional manner. Also prior experience was desired but not required.

Entretien
Very easy , interviewing was via zoom . Shared previous experience and skills . Interview only lasted about 30 minutes . Didn’t feel like I was being sold a dream about the expectations or pay .
Interviews were conducted virtually and recruiter was easy to communicate with. The first interview was a more general personality check type interview, getting to know the role and about my general interest. Then the second interview was about a week later with two others and it was more about the detailed aspects of the job and how my strengths would contribute to the role. I heard back within a few days.
5 to 6 generic interview questions the biggest ones focusing on how you handle conflict and work as a team. Make sure you can emphasize that customer service is at the core of asset protection and loss mitigation.
