All online through my phone; you watch a video of a question and record yourself in a video response. Never even spoke to a live human until I went in for my first day to do paperwork.

How do you work with people with different views than yourself?
Nice. Good questions and seemed interested in attitude, satisfaction, etc prompt and started on tone by long turn manager and hr person and professionally done and very polite and tactful
It was fast, quick, professional, and straight to the point. I was explained the role and responsibilities for the position. Then was asked the hours that I was available and what hours the position called for.

Straight forward, not too long of a process. The process was well-organized and provided clear expectations and growth opportunities. The questions focused on both technical skills and situational judgment. The end.
