The interview process was easy. They asked me about my experience and commented on my tenure with another company. However, I was hired on the spot. This typically isn't a good sign and was just the beginning of my experience with this company. Target has a high turnover rate and a chaotic working enviorement.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
