the process was fast but for lots of people, each interview is 30 to 45 minutes. 10 questions about details on the process of Sale, how to make sale, and how to deal with difficult customers. The interesting part is the interview ask how I feel about crime and have I deal with people walking in the store and steal things.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
fairly simple the interview process includes an online application, possible assessment, and an in-store interview focused on customer service and availability, followed by a conditional offer, background check, and orientation
