I had two zoom calls. One with district leader and one with group leader. The calls lasted about 30 minutes each and had a mix of formal questions and informal conversations.

Lengthy-- in my time at Target I was put through more interviews than I can count--had to interview for pay grade increases (within same position) twice and some times as many as 9 interviews for next level promotions. Internally, however, they do a lot of interview prep with candidates, which is great!
