Applied on indeed, interviewed online with automated questions, weeks later got an email requesting interview, couple more weeks went by without any other responses so I drove to the Target and said I had an interview, got the job and had two days orientation. Target benefits start after one year of employment or one thousand hours.

Mostly discussed store procedures about how to treat guests.
It is pretty easy but getting the interview is the hard part. It took so long to get my interview but nice interviewer. They ask basic questions, not too technical but good to know. I think it’s pretty easy
