Applied online and received a call from HR 1 month after submitting. Had a phone screen, then met with HR at Target HQ where they walked me through some sample interview questions. ON day of interview I met with 2 Divisionals and 2 Sr Buyers. SBO Questions - Interviewers stay high level.

The interview process was straight forward. Very professional and you could tell they had process in place to select qualified candidates that demonstrated abilities relavent to the job. The interview process was what I expected

HR Introduction, coffee chat with buyer, panel interview with case study. Received offer but declined. 2 weeks total. Were very straight forward with requirements, and HR was available to answer questions if needed.
