This is for the stores in Lynnwood, WA & Seattle (Northgate), WA. They completely wasted my time.
They called me for a phone screening, then invited me to an in person interview for 8:30 PM with the Executive Team Lead. Then invited to do an interview with the store manager which they canceled the day of because they couldn’t deal with the fact that every six weeks I couldn’t work for a certain day. However, referred me to another store to interview with them. The HR Leader interviewed me alongside two other executive Team Leads via zoom and was told I should hear back about a decision. Weeks went by, and I never heard back, didn’t even receive an automated rejection email. Very inconsiderate of my time.

Entretien
I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled interview time and was told to go to the HR office in the back of the store. There I waited almost 15 minutes, watching numerous employees clock in and out without once being acknowledged. Finally, the person at the HR desk came back from her break, but it took her another 5 minutes or so to say hi. By this time it was already 15 minutes past my scheduled interview time. Once I checked in she politely asked me to wait on the sofa in the HR room, where I wanted another 30 minutes without being greeted by a hiring manager or apologized to for the wait. I finally left about 45 minutes after my scheduled interview time without ever having met with anyone.
