HR contacted me the next day after applying online to set up a phone interview. I set up the interview two days later, and we went over some basic questions and the overall responsibilities of the job. Then we set up another interview two days later for the behavioral questions. They look for specific examples, leadership type, and the role you played in the situation. Use the STAR format (Situation, Task, Actions, and Result). If you don't use this, then it's your own fault because they tell you to use it. After the behavioral questions, they said I will be contacted in one to two weeks by email or phone. I will update this when they contact me.
