They reach out by email first and conduct a phone screen after you complete an online assesment about several different scenarios by watching videos. The online assessment tests your behavioral instincts and what would you do in this situation scenarios. You're supposed to choose the best scenario, sometimes they were tricky. After the questionnaire, I had a phone screen and the interviewer missed our interview time without any email warning or apology. Also, was unprepared and did not know my name or my resume background.

Process took pretty long with wait time for next interview — about 1 1/2 months.. but other than that, interviews were easy and chill. I believe they only accept juniors and seniors in college.

I had an on-campus interview. They asked to expand upon my resume and then followed into some behavioral questions. Got asked back for a second interview at the district headquarters, which also consisted of behavioral questions,
