J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target (Valdosta, GA) en mars 2015
Entretien
Questions and process felt fairly generic and corporate in both phone screen and in-person interview, like questions neither interviewer would ever ask or likely think about in a real-life situation. First interviewer seemed much more easy-going while second interviewer seemed much more business-like. I thought I had a job when I left the interview. Then, I received an e-mail rejection which, of course, is better than most employers will give you.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target (Keene, NH)
Entretien
Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
fairly simple the interview process includes an online application, possible assessment, and an in-store interview focused on customer service and availability, followed by a conditional offer, background check, and orientation
