Simple, 30-minute process with someone in upper management. Behavioral. Recruiter asks questions about your versatility and ability to show leadership in the workplace. No tricky questions. Received an offer almost 3 hours after my interview.

Process took pretty long with wait time for next interview — about 1 1/2 months.. but other than that, interviews were easy and chill. I believe they only accept juniors and seniors in college.
