A online video were you are asked 5 questions. Then they email you. No real interview. Then you go in for orientation which is unprofessional they make you complete all the training in 2 hours which you dont learn nothing just click thru the videos that it.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
fairly simple the interview process includes an online application, possible assessment, and an in-store interview focused on customer service and availability, followed by a conditional offer, background check, and orientation
