Where I am from they are going a video interview to you record your self answering 5 questions and answer one Multiple choice question. Take about 15 20 minutes. Then you just wait until you get an email of saying yes or no for you being hired

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
