Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target (Los Angeles, CA) en mars 2010
Entretien
Target had come to a job fair at my university and I provided them with my resume. I was later contacted by an HR representative by phone who wanted to schedule a phone interview for the sub-store manager position.
The interview seemed rushed and I was interrupted a few times by the interviewer while giving answers--even when answers were brief and concise.
She asked extensively about "leadership" experience, of which I have ample, however she did not want in-depth responses. Leadership is an underdefined term, but I believe she was looking for the textbook happy, go-lucky interpretation of what leadership is. I tried to explain how I felt there was a difference between leadership and management, but again, she would have none of it.
I was allotted 5 minutes for questions. I had many because her description of the position was vague, but she provided little clarity.
Despite the incongruent interview (wasn't quite a stress interview, nor was it informative), I felt confident that I gave smart, clear answers. I was emailed later denying me the position. I still love shopping at Target, but I felt a little relieved.

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
