Met at a career fair and scheduled an interview on the spot. Interview was for the next week and it was with two current store managers in my area. It was a structured interview and they let me know of their decision within a week.

it was about 30 mins, the guy was very nice. Asked me why I wanted the position, why I wanted to work for target. He told me on the spot I would be moving to the next round.
