You don't meet with a human, you do an online video recording of your answers to pre-recorded questions, most of which are irrelevant to the job. Very unnatural setting bc sales ppl don't sell to video cameras

5 questions on recorded video - takes up to an hour to do. If you are not black or hispanic, forget it. No matter how desperate they are in lake bluff for sales help, or how qualified you may be, you will not get hired. Which might explain why their staffing is always so bad and ever changing.

Easy smooth it was good and efficient they asked lots of questions around customers and how to handle them. The interviewer was very kind, asking if I had previous retail experience
Good, it was a new store so they were staffing up from the beginning. Honest and straightforward about job. Hours were limited because of the amount of people they onboarded at the beginning but other than that, it was a good process.
