Received the interview through Target's WIT summit. Interviewer was friendly, went through mostly behavioral and one technical question. Got back with my results 4 weeks after the interview with a cold rejection email even when I was supposed to hear back after 2-3 weeks.

Technical: Design a Shopping Cart - Pseudo code it on a text editor
It was easy interview process. They asked alot of behaviorial questions to see if I was a good communicator. They asked questions like: Can you describe a project where you faced multiple challenges?

White board coding where u basically find the error and discuss this with the recruiter while prior to this u review your resume and talk about it and yourself while they ask follow up questions

Two rounds of interviews in total. The first one is a phone screen from hr and the second one is a technical interview for about 45 minutes. For the technical interview, the interviewee asked questions from one of my projects and a system design question.
