I applied to Women in Technology Symposium (WITS) and that is how I got the interview. It was a 3 day symposium and at the end of it we had an interview.
It was easy interview process. They asked alot of behaviorial questions to see if I was a good communicator. They asked questions like: Can you describe a project where you faced multiple challenges?
