Overkill for a place like target. Initially, you meet with a team lead who goes over questions with you. Then you meet the Store Director (general manager). They’ll also ask questions, albeit more intense than the team lead questions. If they like you, you meet with the HR-ETL who will begin your hiring process. I was seasonal and kept on as permanent after the holidays.

They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
