I initially heard about the job opening through one of my friends who was a pharmacy technician at the Target Pharmacy. She told me to apply online and to come in and drop off my resume to the pharmacy manager; that way, the manager can put face to name when she sees my application. After applying online and dropping off my resume, I was told by the pharmacy manager to wait for HR to contact me to set up an interview. It took about a month after I applied to finally get an interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and I was interviewed by the pharmacy manager as well as another pharmacist that worked there. The questions were all scenario-based and then there were a few paperwork that needed to be done afterwards. HR contacted me two weeks after my interview and I was offered the position.

The interview process was quick and easy to do. They were friendly, and I was able to ask questions that I had and was able to see the work environment after the interview.

Easy going interview. No experience was needed. Just willingness to learn and be responsible. Was offered job within same week and I took it right away. Recomend to new grad students

They were professional and courteous, but I felt it wasn't right.
Overall good experience, although I recommend their punctuality to their own interview as they were 15 minutes behind schedule.
