All behavioral questions. The hiring managers themselves are non technical, and seem to be from BPO non development background. The emphasis is more on your linguistic capabilities, and there is a bias for US experience. Easy to get in.

Had three round of interviews with different teams; overall very pleasant experience; had a few rounds with bangalore team and one with Minneapolis team. Interview questions were based on recent prior experiences and how they can be applied to the job at hand. They were going through the data breach incident and decided to put a hold on hiring for sometime, but eventually came back with an offer

Two telephonic rounds followed by F2F and then HR round. They were punctual in calling over phone. After HR round they took 30 days to confirm and finally offer was released
