I had already been working at Target in Collections and an opportunity for this position came up. Moving around for Target Financial Services in Tempe is very difficult, and open positions are few and far between. This job was not available to the public (target promotes mainly from within), and was posted on the internal Target website. After speaking with my TDL to see if she'd support my decision to submit my resume, an interview was set up. It was the typical target interview, in the manner of "tell me about a time......."(if you're internal, ask your tdl for the list!). The interview was about half hour long, and I learned I was hired within 3 days. The Target Financial Services building in Tempe is very welcoming, everyone who works there is wonderfully helpful, and they follow through quickly with interview results both internally and externally.
