Called by phone to come in for interview at store wanting to hire me, told what position and hours and wanted to know if I was still interested, told to go to store Guest Services, finished filled out App, and math tested on PC, Then got interviewed 3 times, asked if wanted Job & Salary same day.

It was a two-stage interview between the shift lead and one of the store managers. I was fairly nervous as it was my second job but they didn't ask anything too off the wall.

Online application was convenient and the interview process was straight forward and to the point. I was given harder than ordinary interview questions by the interview, which they disclosed afterwards, but that was because my interview was witnessed by a manager-in-training. As long as your interview does not include a manager-in-training witness, expect the interview process to be easy.

I received a phone call to set up an interview. Then, it was a one on one interview with two separate mangers in the same day. Most questions to do with why I thought I could be successful as a Target team member.
