I could only get an interview through the seasonal hiring event-- they had me fill out an application, then wait in a room with all of the other applicants while working on personality assessments. They had a movie going for people to watch while they waited. Once you finished your assessment, you had to wait for an interviewer to be free. The interviewer I had was kind, but the session was over fairly quickly.

Received a phone call. Scheduled an interview. Chatted with two people and answered questions related to posted position. Everyone was friendly. The process took less than an hour, and I had a job offer before I left the building.
