J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target (Atlanta, GA) en juin 2012
Entretien
Initially applied online on the Target's career website. I heard back a week later wanting to schedule a phone interview with a campus recruiter. The phone interview was an initial screening process, that's pretty much it. I got scheduled an interview with a Store Team Leader (General Manager) that was in the district I wanted to work in. This interview consisted of a resume walk-through and 5 behaviorally based questions. I used the questions all over this website to prepare for the interview. It worked out well for me. I heard back later the same day to schedule an interview with 2 different interviewers - back-to-back - (a Human Resources Business Partner and the same campus recruiter I interviewed with on the phone). This interview had a total of 10 behaviorally based questions. The district I applied to does not have a District manager. Later that day I was contacted saying I was going on to the next round of interviews with a VP that consisted of 2 behavioral interview questions. This was the most laid-back of the interviews and the quickest. It took 10 minutes for me.
Overall, relax and have fun. If you be yourself, and that matches Target's vision of a person in the Executive Team Leader, then you'll get a job offer.

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
